No return, no refund policy as per Consumer Rights and e‑commerce regulations in India.
- Once order is confirmed, no cancellation allowed.
- Returns/refunds not accepted, even if product is sealed/unused.
- If customer unavailable or refuses delivery, no refund will be issued.
- The customer is responsible for any incorrect information given at time of order.
- In case of product defect or manufacturing damage, customer may raise complaint via email within 2 days of delivery; we may offer replacement at our discretion (not refund).
